Estimates are prepared by a qualified and experienced construction professional using traditional estimating techniques, modern software and up-to-date industry information.

Estimates are presented in a bill of quantities format, following a detailed take-off of the proposed works, with pricing calculated from labour, material, plant and overhead costs.

Project Estimating encourage discussion of a completed estimate with our client and will incorporate feedback into an updated estimate revised to their satisfaction.
